Lind AI Inc. (“Lind AI”) understands that you have found us in an especially vulnerable moment and have chosen to trust us with the most personal and private information you have. The responsible stewardship and protection of your data is our top priority. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information that we collect, how we collect and store it, and the ways you can consent for us to use it.
Your data, while entrusted to us, is YOUR data. Lind will not give, sell or distribute your information for its own promotional purposes. Any personal information you provide is considered confidential to Lind and will only be used in a manner that is consistent with this Policy.
This Policy applies to personal information obtained through our website (“Site”), which is located at www.lind.care as well as information that we process as part of offering you our services, which is primarily through our web application (“Web App”) (which, collectively with the Site, constitutes the “Services”). By using our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy.
To the extent that we process your consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act or other applicable laws, please review our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
